Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral, ca. 5 Miuten vom Aufsetzplatz und 10 vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und ist gepflegt.
Der vermieter ist sehr nett. Man kann einen Hof mitbenutzen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Rewe und co. sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Aldi liegt sogar direkt um die Ecke.
Leider habe ich noch keine Bilder die ich hochladen kann, welche man jedoch aber durch eine E-mail bekommen kann.
Es gibt zwei größere Zimmer, ca 12-14 m² und ein kleineres ca. 9 m².
Die Küche kann man übernehmen, muss man jedoch nicht. Die Abschlagszahlung ist sehr gering.
