Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter fuer meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Vom Flur kommt man in Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Aus dem Wohnzimmer geht dann eine weitere Tür ins Schlafzimmer.
Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sind ungefair 15 m² groß.
Im Flur, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer liegt ein alter Dielenboden. In der Küche wurde vor einem Jahr ein neuer Laminat verlegt. Ich denke die Bilder sind relativ aussagekräftig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Georg Simon Ohm Hochschule und ist nur ca 3 Minuten vom Wöhrder See entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle Wöhrd liegt fast vor der Tür.
Die Ubahnhaltestellen Wöhrder Wiese und Rathenauplatz sind ca 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Küche inklusive Regale sollte abgelöst werden. Selbes gilt für die Toplader Waschmaschiene die wegen der geringen Breite gut ins Bad passt.

Waschmaschiene mit Garantie (Kaufdatum: 21.03.11) : 300 Euro
Vermietet werden soll die Wohnung ab 1.5.2012.
