ich biete eine sehr helle, schöne und möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 1. Mai 2016 bis zum 1. September 2016 an. Die Wohnung hat neben 2 sehr hellen und geräumigen Zimmern eine gemütliche Küche samt Espressomaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Es ist auch ein Balkon vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 53 m3 groß. Zur Wohnung gehören weiterhin ein Keller, ein Dachspeicher sowie ein Dachboden zum Wäschetrochnen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Ich freue mich auf eure Meldungen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und man braucht ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof Offenbach sowie 1 Minute zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Zur S-Bahn Station Ledermuseum sind es ca. 12 Minuten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Nachbarschaft besteht hauptsächlich aus jungen Familien.
Rewe, Penny und eine Postfiliale liegen um die Ecke.
