Eine Geschirrspülmaschine ist auch vorhanden.Die Maschine wird vom Warmwasser eine Solaranlage gespeist.Das sorgt für niedrige Stromkosten in der Wohnung.Die Wohnung ist neu wärmegedämmt.Das heißt, im Winter ist es schön warm und gemütlich, im Sommer schön kühl. Auch die Heizkosten sind aus diesem Grund sehr, sehr niedrig.Schöne große Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht rein. Die Räume sind 3,1 Meter hoch. Ein echtes Erlebnis. Auf dem Süd-Balkon kann im Sommer schön gesessen und gefeiert werden.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist 2 minuten entfernt.Die Bahnstation sogar nur 1 Minute. Das Haus liegt mitten in der City. Am Main kann man in 10 Minuten nach Frankfurt fahren. Ein herrliches Erlebnis.
