Ich suche ab Mitte April für 7-8 Wochen einen Zwischenmieter (nur Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere) für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist hell und lichtdurchflutet im Hochparterre gelegen. Sie ist vollmöbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich braucht. WLAN gibt es natürlich auch. Da sie in einen Hof rausgeht, ist sie sehr ruhig und man kann auf dem Balkon entspannen. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gemeinschaftskeller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Offenbacher Innenstadt Nähe Marktplatz/Büsing Palais. Geschäfte und ÖPNV sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle OF Marktplatz ist direkt um die Ecke und auch der Main ist nur einen Katzensprung weit entfernt. Auch mit dem Auto ist man ruckzuck in Frankfurt. Allerdings sind Parkplätze in der Umgebung sehr rar.
Es handelt sich um eine absolute Nichtraucher-Wohnung und eine ruhige Hausgemeinschaft. Am besten bin ich per Mail erreichbar.
