Hi ihr potentiellen Zwischenmieter*innen,
Meine Wohnung ist sehr hell und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen, aber voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem kleinen Badezimmer. Es gibt einen TV, den ich jedoch nur als Projektor für Filme nutze. WLAN gibt es natürlich auch.
Im Haus wohnt eine befreundete WG, die gerne Wein trinken und sich auch schon auf ein neues Gesicht freuen. Falls du magst steht dir ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
Ich bin gespannt und freue mich.

LAGE,LAGE, LAGE sei entscheidend für ein gutes Wohnobjekt. Du brauchst zu Fuß 2 min zum Bus, 5 min. zum Hauptbahnhof, 7 min zur Tram Station "Stadtgrenze" die direkt nach FFm fährt und 8 min zur S-Bahn Station "Ledermuseum". Zur Autobahnanbindung A661 sind es keine 3 min mit dem Auto. Ansonsten steht Offenbach oft in Verruf, ich jedoch bin als gebührtige Offenbacherin ganz angetan vom kultur Café Hafen2, dem Wilhelmsplatz mit seinen schönen Cafés und dem wirklichen tollen Wochenmarkt oder natürlich auch dem Club robert johnson. Wer offen für versteckte Schätze ist, ist in Offenbach genau richtig =)
