Hallo wir haben eine Wohnung in unserem Haus frei in Offenburg. Unsere Kinder sind mittlerweile alle drei aus dem Haus, so das wir als im oberen stock die Wohnung an Studenten vermietet haben. Leider gehen unsere Studenten wieder zurück in Ihre Heimat.Da unser Haus einfach zu groß ist vermiete wir die Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk. Ein Zimmer ist mit Bett großem Schrank Komode Stuhl Sessel Fernseh, usw.ausgestattet. Das andere Zimmer ist ein ein großes Zimmer wo eine Große Einbauküche ist, mit Coutisch gr.Esstisch 6 Stühle,usw. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön einngerichtet. Ein separates Bad mit Dusche und Toilette natürlich ist auch in der Wohnung Mann müßte sich es halt bei Interesse anschauen. Ach ja Internet und Kabelanschluss haben wir auch ,kann nach Absprache mit benutzt werden.Sowie Abstellraum für Fahrrad, Waschmaschiene und Trockenraum im Keller. Im Sommer kann natürlich unsere Terasse mitbenutzt werden. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Ach ja Bahnhof ist 5-10 min entfernd.

Wohnung ist geeignet für 1 person oder zwei Freundinen oder für Paar. Wobei dann für 2 P'ersonen die miete 500 Euro warm mit allem kostet.
