The apartment size is approx. 55sqm, has a small balcony and is on the 3rd floor. You can see some current pictures and a copy of the layout plan below for a first impression. The apartment was fully renovated when i moved in last year. I would like someone who could take over the current furniture and other stuff I bought for a price (to be discussed later).
