Die Wohnung hat noch den typischen Altbau-Charme. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein schöner Fischgräten Holzboden und in den restlichen Räumen Dielen. Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Straße gelegen, trotzdem bekommt man nicht viel von dem Verkehr mit. Das Schlafzimmer, der Balkon sowie die Küche liegen zum Garten, wo es sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in dem beliebten Stadtteil Wüste in Osnabrück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, DM) aber auch für den Weg in die Innenstadt braucht man zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten. Die Universität erreicht man in 5 Minuten und die Hochschule mit Fahrrad in ca 15min.
Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet!
