Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind während des Sommers nicht in Paris und bieten unsere helle und ruhige Wohnung zur Untermiete an (möbliert). Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Einzelzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer amerikanischen Küche. Aus dem Wohnzimmer sowie aus den Zimmern hat man eine tolle Sicht auf Paris, da sich die Wohnung auf dem 8. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) befindet.
Sehr gute Lage : 18ème arrondissement. Station Métro Porte de Clignancourt vor der Tür (100m) mit M4 und Tram 3b.
Jules Joffrin und Montmartre gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der schöne Square Saint-Hélène ist auch nur 300m weit entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist vom 15.07 bis zum 15.08 verfügbar (+/- eine Woche bei Ein- und Auszug, wir sind da flexibel). Die ganze Wohnung ist zu haben aber die Zimmer können auch gerne einzeln vermietet werden: 750€ warm pro Zimmer / 1500€ für die ganze Wohnung.
