Beautiful apartment in Batignolles (17th arr.), located around the corner (5 min walk) from the square de Batignolles. The apartment is newly renovated and extremely bright. It contains two separate rooms (a bedroom and a living room), a large fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a balcony. It has extremely much light and is very welcoming. Facing the courtyard, it is completely calm though super central.

Wegen Rechercheaufenthalt im Ausland, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohnung in toller Lage - in Paris Batignolles (17. arrondissement) - 5 min vom dem historischen square Batignolles entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stockwerk. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großzügigen hellen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Küche. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Boden, Balkon und ist komplett möbliert (da ich sie nur zur Zwischenmiete untervermiete). Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug erst vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert.
Perfekt geeignet für eine oder zwei Personen. Keine Tiere.
Trotz ihrer super zentralen Lage ist sie absolut ruhig.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im 17. arr,. im hypen Viertel Batignolles, zwischen parc Monceau und dem spuare Batignolles. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min zur Opéra und 15 min zum Louvre, zu Fuß 20-15 min. Die Metrolinien 2 (Rome), 3 (Villiers) und 13 (Fourche) sind um die Ecke.
Batignolles ist in Paris bekannt als "foodies heaven": um die Ecke liegen etliche tolle cafés und Restaurants.
The whole neighborhood is truly beautiful and calm and has many of Paris greatest restaurants. Wide range of supermarkts, a farmers’ market bars, cafés etc. It is easy to discover most of Paris places within walking distance.

I am post-doctoral researcher and I sublet my flat when I am abroad for research myself. Thus it is absolutely important for me that the person who rents it, takes a good care of my flat.

Ich bin PostDoc und werde in dieser Zeit zwecks Auslandsaufenthalt nicht in Paris sein. Mir ist aber sehr wichtig, dass die Person, die die Wohnung für diese kurze Zeit übernimmt, gut mit der Wohnung umgeht, weil ich dann wieder selbst einziehen werde.
