We will be out if town from May 1- May 25. While we are gone, our appartment is free for rent. We are offering it out at precisely the amount we pay in rent for 24 nights. It fully furnished with everything you need for daily life. We do not have children, so there are no supplies for children here. However, if you want to rent it with children, that’s fine with us. Also, I’m sorry, no registration or Anmeldung, is possible because its a short term rental.
The appartment itself consists of one leage bedroom, one small bedroom, a living room/kitchen, and two bathrooms. It also has a balcony. There’s a beautiful amount of light and plenty of plants that we will ask you to water.

We are just accross the street from Biosphäre, Volkspark, and the 96 tram line that gors straight into the coty. We are within 10 minutes walking from Rewe, DM, and a few other stores. The neighborhood is quiet and quite green and so we ask you to be respectful of our neighbors.
We ask a few things of you:
1. Take care of our flat. We will have it cleaned before you come. Please leave it clean at the end for us. Try not to break things and be honest with us if you do.
2. No parties and respect the noise rules. We have other families in the building and they do not want to listen to your music at 3am. You can have guests if you like.
3. No smoking in the flat or on the balcony. You make smoke 100% outside if you like.
4. Sort the trash, water the plants, and follow the other rules of caring for the flat that we will give you.
