Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig gelegen. Sie liegt 2 geh-Minuten vom Wald entfernt und hat eine gute Bus und Bahnanbindung. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon der zum Garten des Vermieters liegt, auf dem man schöne Sommerabende verbringen kann. Generell sind die Mieter alles sehr nett und freundlich und verständnisvoll, wenn man mal etwas lauter (Feier) sein möchte.Gerne dürfen ein paar der Möbel übernommen werden, alles mit Absprache.
