Hast du/ihr Lust auf eine super günstige charmante Zweiraumwohnung mit Holzdielen, Ofenheizung und Dusche in der Küche? Die Nachbarn im Haus sind liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit und im Hinterhof mit Wiese wird auch gerne mal zusammen gegrillt oder an Fahrrädern gebastelt und es wohnt sich sehr ruhig hier im Haus. Die Zimmer sind etwa gleich groß und seperat begehbar, haben aber auch eine Verbindungstür. Ich habe herzensgerne hier gewohnt (allein und als WG) und finde die Wohnung ist ein echter Geheimtipp.
Es gibt allerdings einen Haken. Die Wohnung wird von der Hausverwaltung ohne Dusche vermietet, daher musste ich selber eine anschaffen. Sie ist nun 3 Monate alt und ich würde sie für 1000 Euro weiter verkaufen. (Preis vhb.)
Falls ihr Interesse habt ruft mich einfach an und schaut vorbei.
Sehr ruhig gelegen mit 2 Min Fußweg zum Kabutzenhof und 10 Min zur S-Bahn Hohlbeiplatz oder Parkstraße. Netto 2 Min Fußweg.
