Hallo zusammen, ich suche ab dem 1.5. einen Nachmieter für eine ruhige und geräumige Wohnung, die saniert ist und somit auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Die günstige Miete hebe ich hier besonders hervor auch wenn die Wohnung sich in der 5. Etage befindet. Der Balkon ist nach Südwest ausgerichtet, so dass das gute Wetter lang genug zu geniessen ist. Desweiteren ist bereits ein Elektroherdanschluss vorhanden. Für weitere Fragen bin ich jederzeit erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Osloer Str. und von dort aus sind z.b. öffentliche Verkehrsmittel innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar bzw. sind sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden (keine festgeschriebenen Anwohnerparkplätze etc.).
