Die Wohnung wird normalerweise von mir bewohnt und befindet sich an der Grenze von Stadtmitte und KTV, direkt am Lindenpark. In der Zeit vom 1.12.2017 - 31.03.2018 arbeite ich auf der AIDA, die Wohnung könnte für diesen Zeitraum also bezogen werden und alle Möbel (wie Sofa, Bett, Schreibtisch, Küche, Schrank etc.) können benutzt werden. Auch Extras wie PS4, Gamecube, Bluetooth Musikanlage können benutzt werden. Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, großer Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Erker, Schlafzimmer mit großem Spiegelschrank und Schreibtisch.
Top Wohnung in top Lage!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Lindenpark (ca. 50m). Zu Fuß sind Innenstadt (ca. 5min), Rewe (ca. 2min) und Dobi (ca.3min) perfekt zu erreichen.
