Die Wohnung ist möbliert/ teil möbliert zu vermieten. Sie besitzt einen geräumigen Küchenbereich; sie befindet sich
in der zweiten Etage. Zudem ist ein Balkon und Kellerabteil vorhanden. Das Apartment ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
Internet, Telefon und TV (Anschluss vorhanden) muss selbst organisiert werden.
Strom ist nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten und wird selbstständig über den Stromanbieter abgerechnet.

Folgende Gegenstände können gegen Abschlag (2500 EUR verhandelbar) übernommen werden:

+ Bett 180 x 200, Matratze, großer Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Garderobe, Schuhregal,

+ Nachttisch und Nachttischampe

Hi there, I am in search of a new tenant to take over my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment from 1st August 2020.
The apartment can be rented out either furnished or partly furnished. It is located on the second floor with a spacious Balcony facing the street. The cost of taking over the furniture is 2500 EUR. This can be negogiated individually upon request.

The Apartment is equipped with everything that you could ever need to be comfortable. Internet, TV, and electricity have to be organised independently. However the current internet contract can be taken over until you can get yours.

The home equipments to be taken over include:
