Ich suche zum 1. Juni einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Es handelt sich um teilmöblierte 2ZKB auf 40m² mit Etagenheizung (Gas) für 240€ kalt plus ~120€ NK. Sie hat mir als bezahlbare erste Wohnung während meines Studiums gute Dienste geleistet.
Das Haus liegt eine Minute von der Saarbahnhaltestelle Cottbuser Platz entfernt und bietet so eine optimale Anbindung in die Stadt und weiter zur Uni, HTW, HBK oder wo auch immer du hin musst.
Voraussetzungen laut Vermieter sind: Nachweis über Einkommen bzw. Zahlungsfähigkeit, ggf. Bürgschaft; kein Jobcenter; Nichtraucher
Da meine neue Wohnung möbliert ist, würde ich dir gerne einen Großteil meiner Einrichtung gratis überlassen. Das umfasst Wohnzimmerschränke, Sofa, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile (Spüle, zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Mini-Backofen, ein paar Schränke).
