Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung am Rande des Nauwieser Viertel zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt (spätestens 1.04.). Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnkomplex für Studierende und kann daher auch nur an Studierende vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist unmöbiliert, verfügt allerdings über eine Pantry-Küche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat insgesamt 6 Fenster und ist mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Das Apartment hat 2 Zimmer + Bad und einen kleinen Flur. Ein großes Zimmer hat die Küche, das zweite ist gleichgroß (z.B. als Schlafzimmer). Es ist also gut möglich, auch zu zweit in der Wohnung zu wohnen.

I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment in Nauwieser Viertel as soon as possible (latest date would be 1. April).
The apartment is in a student-apartment-complex. Therefore, only students are allowed to rent the apartment.
The apartment is unfurnished but comes with a kitchen. The apartment is generally very bright, has a total of 6 windows and a nice floor.
There are 2 rooms + a bathroom and a small corridor. One room entails the kitchen. It would be possible to rent and share the apartment with 2 people.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Ende der wenig befahrenenen Försterstraße.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Bushaltestelle Brauerstr./Fernbusbahnhof, zur Uni sind es weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrweg.
Man erreicht die Stadt zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt auch in der Nähe (z.B. Netto, Biomarkt).
Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt in der Schützenstraße.

The apartment is at the end of a quiet street (Försterstr.). The apartment is right at the busstop Brauerstr./Fernbusbahnhof. It takes only 10 minutes to the university by bus.
You can reach the city within 10 minutes walking distance. There are grocery shops nearby (e.g. Netto, Biomarkt).
There are free parking spots just 3 minutes away in the Schützenstraße.
