Studentenwohnung mit 2 Zimmern in einem Studentenwohnheim frei ab 15. März. Sie können die Wohnung für 1 Person (in diesem Fall Nebenkosten ist 140) oder für 2 Personen (NK 185) mieten. Sie benötigen eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung. Strom- und Internetkosten sind nicht in der Warmmiete enthalten.

Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Arbeitstischen, einem Küchentisch, 2 Schubladen, einem Kleiderschrank, 2 Regalen, 2 Nachttische ausgestattet. Pantryküche mit Kühlschrank und 2 Kochfeldern ist vorhanden. Optional überlassen wir ein Sofa, einen zusätzlichen Schrank, 2 Stühle, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster, 2 Matratzen für 100 Euro.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude. Es gibt gemeinsame Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner im Keller, die gegen eine geringe Gebühr genutzt werden können.

Student flat with 2 rooms in a student dorm free from 15th of March. You can rent the apartment for 1 person(in which case Nebenkosten will be 140 euros) or for 2 people (185 euros Nebenkosten). You have to provide proof that you're a student for this apartment. Electricity and internet costs are not included in the warm rent.

The apartment is furnished with 2 single beds, 2 work desks, a kitchen table, 2 drawers, a wardrobe, 2 Regals, 2 nightstands. Pantry kitchen with fridge and 2 cooktops is available.
We will also optionally leave a sofa, an extra closet, 1 office chair, 1chair, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a mirror for 100 euros.

The apartment is on the fourth floor. There is an elevator in the building. There are common washing machines and a drier in the basement that can be used for a small fee.
