Hallo,
Ich ziehe aus meinem WG-Zimmer in Sandhausen aus und suche einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist Richtung Osten ausgerichtet hat also ein angenehmes natürliches Licht. Die Fenster reichen bis zum Boden.
Die Wände sind frisch gestrichen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin möchte auch ausziehen somit ist die Wohnung perfekt für eine WG neugründung oder auch einfach als Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer
Nahe an den berühmten Sandhausener Dünen und innerhalb von 10 min sind 2 unterschiedliche Bushaltestellen erreichbar.
Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Starße im Wohngebiet.
Sandhausen ist auch mit der S-Bahn erreichbar und somit 5 min von Heidelberg und wiesloch/walldorf entfernt.
Außerdem sind Bäcker, Aldi, Dm und Nahkauf gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur verfügung.
Fpr dein Fahrrad oder Auto ist ebenso Platz vorhanden.
Auch zur Untermiete bis 31.10.21 möglich
