Starting in may I will be subletting my flat in Sofia for ca.9 months, but slightly shorter or longer rentals are also possible. It's in Lozenetz, next to the Chemistry & Physics & Maths departments of the University of Sofia. It's well connected with transport (metro, bus, tram) to the city center and fully furnished.
The flat itself comprises of 2 separate rooms, a living-room with kitchen corner, looking over a small street and a quiet garden. Shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and swimming pools are walking distance, and so are two large parks. Parking is on the street, and there is storage space for bikes.
