Die Wohnung verfügt über vier Zimmer mit unterschiedlicher Größe (2x 24 m², 1x 15 m², 1x 35 m²). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 115 m² groß. An die Küche grenzt zusätzlich eine geräumige Abstellkammer an. Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit einer Dusche, Badewanne sowie einem Spiegelschrank und Waschbecken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem 2. OG. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Beides erreicht man in ca 10 min zu Fuß. An der Hochschule ist man in etwa 20 -25 min. Das Haus verfügt im Hinterhof oder Keller auch über Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 2 min entfernt. Ansonsten findet man auch immer einen Parkplatz in der nächsten Querstraße.
Aktuell wohnen wir als WG in der Wohnung. Sie eignet sich aber auch sehr gut für Familien. Da die meisten von uns aus beruflichen Gründen ausziehen, würden wir gerne die Wohnung in liebevolle Hände abgeben.
