Die Wohnung ist weitläufig und (auch im Winter) den gesamten Tag über sehr hell.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ostwall, gegenüber dem Schwanenteich/Park und am Eingang zur Altstadt. Der Ostwall ist zu Stoßzeiten befahren, die Fenster sind aber sehr dicht und außerhalb der Stoßzeiten hört man auch bei offenem Fenster kaum etwas. Nach hinten raus ist es ruhig. Die Vermieter sind nett und offen, die Nachbarn ebenso. Ein Kiosk ist 1 Minute entfernt, Edeka 5 Min und die Einkaufsstraße der Innenstadt mit all ihren Läden auch nur 3 Minuten fußläufig. Zur Hochschule fährt man 8 Minuten mit dem Rad (zu Fuß 20 Minuten)!
