Hallo!
Wir haben bis Ende Dezember eine superschöne Wohnung zu vergeben.
Es gibt drei Zimmer, alle ca 23 qm, alle schön geschnitten und hell.
Es gibt eine küche mit herd, backofen, spüle und kühlschrank, ein großzügiges bad, separate toilette und nen kleinen süßen balkon.
Bei drei Personen zahlt man 350 euro inclusive aller nebenkosten wie gas, strom, telefon und dsl flat.
Die Lage hier am Marienplatz ist vor allem für den Preis 1a - es gibt wirklich alles wsa das herz begehrt in nächster Nähe (dm, lidl, rewe, post, apotheke, ärzte, bank etc) auch die bahn ist gleich dort. SOgar in die Stadt zum rotebühlplatz läuft man nur etwa 10 minuten.
die mietdauer ist leider nicht verlängerbar, aber dafür ideal z.B. für studienanfänger um sich ne längere bleibe zu suchen.
