I rent a room in an upscale loft apartment in the middle of Stuttgart.
(1) Apartment
The apartment is inhabited solely by me and is 80 square meters. It has a modern bathroom, large living room with flatscreen TV, wireless internet, a work room, a balcony and a modern kitchen.
(2) Room
The room, which I offer, has a double bed (1,80 x2, 00 meters) with a new cold foam mattress (purchase date: August 2011). A chest of drawers and a small wardrobe are also included with the offer. The room is about 18 square meters and is very quiet as it is located in the interior.
(3) Location
The apartment is situated 2 minutes away from Rotebühlplatz (S-Bahn station, city center). Königstraße is 4 minutes away, Theodor-Heuss-Straße, with almost all the clubs and bars, is around 3 minutes away.
