wir sind zwei duale Studenten an der DHBW Stuttgart und suchen ab 01.10.2014 einen neuen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung/WG.
Angeboten wird eine vollausgestattete 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, TV, Möbel, etc.) mit Balkon im 3.OG eines Altbaus. Als Abschlagszahlung für die komplette Einrichtung fallen einmalig 650 € an.
Die Wohnung umfasst ein größeres und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit EBK, ein Bad mit WC/Dusche, sowie ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit TV.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich für 2 Leute geplant und eignet sich insbesondere für Befreundete, Kommilitonen oder Paare.
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah im Stuttgarter Osten, direkt an der Bushaltestelle "Tunnel Ostportal" (Bus 40), zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
