Charmante Altbauwohnung im Hinterhaus
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, von denen eins ein Durchgangszimmer ist und einer Loggia an der Küche. Im Flur ist genug Platz für Garderobe etc, außerdem befindet sich dort ein großer Einbauschrank. Außerdem gibt es natürlich eine Küche, ein kleines Bad, ein separates Klo, ein Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung liegt in netter Nachbarschaft im Hinterhof, dadurch bekommt man von der Straße nichts mit. Hinten schließt sich die schöne Karlshöhe an.
Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur S-Bahn-Station Schwabstraße oder Feuersee, der Bus Nr 92 fährt direkt am Haus vorbei. In die Innenstadt geht man circa 15 Minuten. Diverse Supermärkte, Apotheken, dm etc. sowie Cafés, Bars, Restaurants befinden sich in der Nachbarschaft.
Der Stuttgarter Westen ist ein beliebtes Wohnviertel, in dem es sich wunderbar leben lässt!
Die Wohnung ist aktuell nicht mit einer Küche ausgestattet, diese müsste von den Mieter*innen voraussichtlich selbst eingebaut werden.
In den Nebenkosten ist Wasser und Hausverwaltung etc. enthalten, jedoch nicht die Kosten für Strom und Gas (Heizung, Warmwasser).
