My cozy and bright apartment is a renovated attic (46 sqm) of an Altbau (historic) building with balcony windows and a wonderful view of the television tower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, really pleasant feeling to cook, especially among family and friends. The living room can be used as a bedroom, as the pullout couch is suitable for two people if necessary. The dining table can be used for meals as well as a working space.
Within 50m of the apartment you will find a metro station, restaurants and cafes, a bakery, a grocery shop, an ATM, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafes, and some bars ideal to start a great night out in Stuttgart.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Stuttgart West, that is known for its great location: central, quiet but with hipster restaurants, cafes, bars, small shops, galleries and ateliers.
The station “Holderlinplatz” metro station is maximum 3 min abroad of the apartment to go to the city center (6 min). Two bus stations (bus line 40, 42) can be reached in 5 minutes to go to the main train station (7 min) .
