Die helle Dachgeschosswohnung liegt super zentrumsnah und ist ideal für Pärchen geeignet, jedoch auch als WG denkbar. Es gibt 2 kleinere Zimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Im neu renovierten Tageslichtbad gibt es neben Dusche, WC und Waschbecken auch eine Waschmaschiene, die vom Nachmieter für 60€ übernommen werden muss. Die kleine Küche verfügt über ein Zerankochfeld mit Backofen, Spülbecken und Schränke.
Gegen geringe Abschlagszahlungen würden wir gerne unser Sofa (10€), einen Kleiderschrank (15€) und eine Klimaanlage (130€) den Nachmietern überlassen.
Wände neu streichen wird laut Mietvertrag immer vom neuen Mieter nach belieben gemacht.
