da ich bis mindestens Mitte/Ende September 2022 nicht in Tübingen bin, biete ich meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (~70qm + Balkon) ab 01.06. oder 15.06.2022 zur Untermiete an.
Im Inserat stehen „2 Zimmer und ~60 qm“, weil ich ein Zimmer abschließen werde, in dem meine persönlichen Dinge untergebracht sind.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau (2019), möbliert und hat einen Balkon.
Sie liegt ziemlich zentral aber dennoch ruhig, 5 min zu Fuß von der Universitätsbibliothek entfernt.
Eignet sich auch hervorragend für Paare, da sie 2 Bäder hat oder eine Einzelperson.
Allerdings ist sie nicht WG-geeignet und ebenso wenig geeignet für Kinder, die älter als 3 Jahre alt sind.
Der Mietvertrag ist bis Ende September 2022 befristet.
Für Nachfragen stehe ich gerne bereit, kann aber manchmal etwas dauern bis ich dazu komme zu antworten.

Hi guys,
since I will not be in Tübingen until at least the end of September 2022, I am offering my 3-room apartment (~753 sq.ft./~70 qm + balcony) starting 1st June or 15 June 2022 for sublease.
The ad says "2 rooms and ~645 sq.ft./~60 qm", because one room will be locked, in which I will leave my personal stuff there.
The apartment is a new building (2019), furnished and has a balcony.
It is quite central but still quiet, 5 min walk from the university library.
It’s great for couples since it has 2 bathrooms or a single person but it isn’t suitable for two separate people and neither for children over the age of 3 years old.
The lease is limited until the end of September 2022.
I am available for inquiries, but sometimes it can take me a while to answer.
