unsere Wohnung im Herzen von Lustnau wird ab sofort frei.
Die Wohnung eignet sich super für Pärchen, wobei ein WG-Bezug nicht ausgeschlossen ist.
Die Bushaltestellen sind innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Mit dem Bus gelangt man innerhalb 5 Minuten an die Universität oder zu Stadtmitte. Am Bahnhof ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Innerhalb von 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man mehrere Bäckereien, einen Metzger, einen Schreibwarenladen, einen Rewe, Apotheken, Ärzte, die Kreissparkasse und eine Volksbank.
Das Haus ist ein Altbau, wurde jedoch saniert. Die Küche ist neu. Das Bad ist ebenfalls in einem neuen Zustand.
