I'm subletting my flat as I will be travelling for a few months and don't want to leave it unattended.
It's a rather big apartment building with more than 30 units, but in general the neighbours are all very quiet.
It's a "terrace building", so while the flat is technically on the 2nd floor, there's a back entrance on the same floor. You always have to climb a few stairs to get to the building, but there's an elevator inside.
The flat has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a tub, a guest bedroom (or study), a guest bathroom with a shower, a large living room, a kitchen and a huge south facing balcony with an amazing view over the Käsenbachtal, a strip of forest in the middle of Tübingen.
The flat is well situated. It's just a few minutes to the bus stop where a bus is leaving every 10 minutes (on weekdays) to every 30 minutes (Sundays and at night). Just 1-2 bus stops to the university hospital, and a few stops up or down the hill to the University or the Max Planck institute. You can also walk up from the city center in less than 30 minutes.
The flat can be a good basis for you to look for a more permanent flat in Tübingen. It's possible to negotiate a longer stay if you are fine with sleeping in the guest bedroom after I return.
The 300€ deposit will be paid back if my things and plants are still intact when I come back :-)
