Helle Wohnung mit Dielenboden in ruhiger Lage: Großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch; offene, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Ein größeres Zimmer mit 1,40 Bett und Arbeitsbereich und ein kleineres Zimmer mit Matratze auf dem Boden. Wir leben hier als Paar, die Wohnung ist aber auch WG-geeignet. Falls ein anderer Zeitpunkt für dich in Frage kommt oder nur du alleine die Wohnung beziehen möchtest, kontaktiere mich gerne.
Die Wohnung ist in Tübingen-Pfrondorf gelegen, Haltestellen in 0-3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, 12 Minuten Bus bis Uni/Neue Aula. Wander- und Radwege direkt vor der Tür, wunderschöne Aussicht auf die schwäbische Alb und zugleich perfekt an die Stadt angebunden. Pfrondorf hat einen guten sortierten Dorfladen, eine Bäckerei, ein süßes Café und ein italienisches Restaurant.
