Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine nette 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Nähe vom Sternplatz. Gerade für ein Paar oder auch alleine ist die Wohnung perfekt. WG ist auch möglich. Eine wunderschöne Terasse ist ideal für den Sommer und zum grillen.
Zwei Fahrradstellplätze gehören dazu.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt in der Nähe und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt einige Möbel, die gerne übernommen werden können. Dabei sind auf jeden Fall Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank. Weiteres dazu am Sonntag.
Am Sonntag gibt es ab 15:00 eine offene Besichtigung. Da erfahrt ihr alles weitere. Bitte vorher eine Nachricht, besser aber Mail an mich schicken.
