Hallo,
wir ziehen aus Tübingen weg und suchen deshalb eine dauerhafte Nachmiete für unsere Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und ist durch viele Fenster hell und luftig.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, ein Kellerabteil und die Hälfte des Dachbodens.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Leider erlaubt unsere Vermieterin keine WGs, weswegen die Wohnung an Paare und junge Familien vermietet wird.
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, denn alles Wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In die Altstadt läuft man ungefähr 10 Minuten, 5 Minuten in die andere Richtung ist man mitten in Feldern und Wäldern mit guten Rad- und Joggingwegen.
Ein großer Rewe ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir möchten gerne unsere 1 Jahre alte Küche mit Spülmaschine und Herd an die Nachmieter*innen verkaufen.
