Die Wohnung liegt in einem absolut ruhigen familiären Viertel am Rande des Trendviertels "El Cabanyal". Zum Strand und zum Luxushotel "Las Arenas" sind es 3 Gehminuten. Ebenso zu den Bars und Restaurants von "Neptuno". Die trendigen Restaurants von el Cabanyal sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die "Marina" , der aufstrebende Hafen von Valencia ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Mediterrani" sind es 5 Gehminuten. Die Universitäten "Universidad Politecnica" und der Campus "Tarrongers" der "Universidad de Valencia" sind mit der Strassenbahn nur 10 min entfernt. Auch gute Radverbindung zu den Unis, hier ca15- 20 min. Ideale Wohnung für Studenten die in Strandnähe und Uni-Nähe wohnen möchten.
