Ich suche einen/e Nachmieter/in für eine 74 m2 große 3 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (wenn die Sonne in Hamburg scheint) und groß. Es kann unmöbliert oder teilmöbiliert übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung besteht, wie o.g., aus 3 Zimmer, zwei grosser Zimmer ca. 21 m2 und ein kleineres ca 15m2. Dazu kommt ein gemütliches Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine Kleine Küche, wo man zu zweit oder zu dritt die Möglichkeit hat , kuschelig zu essen.
Die Wohnung hat auch ein Balkon mit genug Platz für ein Tisch und Stühle.
Ein räumiger Keller ist auch vorhanden.
In der Nähe der Wohnung, befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Budni, Apotheke), ein Fitnessudio.
Die Wohnung ist nur 5 min von der Sbahn Wedel und verschiede Buslinie entfernt.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, sehr geeignet für Familie. Ich wohne seit 9 Jahre hier und hab nie Problemen gehabt.
Ich bin nicht Raucher und hab kein Haustier.
Ausserdem hab ich die Wohnung vor einem Jahr Teil renovierte ( Wände neugestrichen und Kuchboden neu gelegt)
