Die gemütliche Wohnung besitzt alles was man zum wohnen braucht. Einen großen Wohnraum mit Essbereich und Sofa. Eine separate Küche, Bad mit WC,Dusche und Badewanne und das Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m großen Bett.
Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit ganztägig Sonne und Blick auf eine Gärtnerei.
Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, die selbstverständlich genutzt werden dürfen. Des Weiteren können dort auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und es ist alles zum Leben notwendige fußläufig.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, sowie jedliche Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof und die SbahnHaltestelle, mit direkter Anbindung nach Basel, sind in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Wer sich gerne im grünen aufhält liegt hier genauso richtig. Denn in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man mitten im Park und kann bis zur Landesgrenze spazieren, radeln oder joggen :)

Die Nachbarn im Haus sind alle sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Für die Parksituation kann ein Bewohnerparkausweis beantragt werden. Es gibt aber auch 2 Straßen an denen kostenfrei und ohne Parkscheibe geparkt werden kann.
