Hey everyone!
My boyfriend and I will rent out our fully furnished two room apartment in the 2.district in Vienna for five months (1.August - 31.Dezember 2023). You can also move in one month earlier and stay a couple days longer in the apartment.
Location:
It is located right next the U2 train station „Donaumarina“ (1min walk), which makes it extremely comfortable to get to the WU University 2.district (5min with U2) or to the inner city 1.district (10min with U2). There are two grocery stores 1.Billa is right across the street, you can see it from the window 2. Hofer is a 5min walk down the street. The area is very safe and you will have young couples and calm students as neighbors.
Building:
We moved in Summer 2022, right after the building was finished. So It is very modern, has many windows and you can control the heat with a tablet. There is a room with trash cans in the first level.
Cost:
The monthly payment will contain 1.250 Euros and there is a one time payment as deposit of 1500 Euros, which you will get back after your stay if everything looks good with the apartment.
