Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung: Donau nur 5min entfernt, Bus direkt vor der Haustür, Supermärkte paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, innerhalb von 15min im Zentrum. Perfekt für ein Kurztrip in Wien! Verlange Kaution von 500€, bevorzuge Paypal. Wenn alles in Ordnung hinterlassen wurde, bekommt ihr verlässlich diese auch wieder zurück. Ich lasse nur ordentliche Menschen mit einem bewussten Haushaltsverständnis bei mir wohnen, die fremdes Eigentum gut behandeln.

Hello, as I am often on travels, my entire apartment is available at times. Two rooms apartment with home office equipment. Very good location and connection: Danube only 5min away, bus right in front of the house, supermarkets a few minutes away, within 15 min in the city center. Perfect for a short trip in Vienna! I will ask for a deposit of 500€, I prefer Paypal due to easy handling of sending money back. If everything was left without any damage, the deposit will get reliably back to you. I only let tidy people with awareness of a good household who treats other people's belongings well to live at my place.
