Da ich auf Auslandssemester gehe, wird unsere geliebte Wohnung für 4,5 Monate vermietet. Ich ziehe nachher wieder ein, weshalb die Wohnung vollmöbliert übergeben wird und somit bezugsfertig ist ab Semptember.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 60 m2 und ist hofseitig ausgerichtet, das heißt es ist sehr ruhig und abgeschottet vom Straßenlärm. Sie ist aufgeteilt in 2 Schlafzimmer (in einem davon ist ein Hochbett) und ein Wohnzimmer. Es ist eine Wohnung mit Durchgangszimmern, das heißt, entweder man versteht sich gut und macht eine WG draus (haben ich und meine Schwester so gemacht) oder man zieht alleine ein, die Wohnung eignet sich auch sehr gut fürs Alleine-Leben. Küche und Badezimmer (Dusche + WC) sind über den Eingangsbereich erreichbar. In einem extra Abstellraum steht die Waschmaschine.

I'm leaving for my exchange semester and will be back after 4,5 months. In the meantime we offer this flat starting in September - Mid January. It's a very calm and cozy apartment (around 60 m2) and has three rooms that are connected with each other. 2 bedrooms and one living room, additionally there is a kitchen, bathroom with toilet and an entrance. We also have an extra room with a washing machine.
If you get on well with each other the flat is suitable for a community of two people but it's also comfy living there alone.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Karlsplatz entfernt und hat Hofer, Billa, Bipa usw. wenige Minuten entfernt in der Nähe. Direkt zwischen Filmcasino und Schikaneder und dem Naschmarkt und für Pizzaliebhaber ist die Randale nur ein Umfallen entfernt :)
*The flat is located 10 min from the city center and Karlsplatz by foot. A lot of old cinemas, great food places and the famous Naschmarkt is just a few min away.
