How can I describe my apartment?
Cozy, warm, bright, clean, tidy, artistic, feel-good atmosphere with everything you need.
The 37m2 apartment has a separate bedroom, a desk and a living area with couch and armchair. Its in the 3rd floor (with a small elevator).
It is furnished with love and is a real home for me.
In the bathroom there is a small window and a bathtub.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: an oven, dishwasher and a blender for smoothies and freshly ground coffee.
Due to high windows the flat is very bright - at the same time you won't hear noise from outside since the flat is in the back of the house.
If you have a bike there is a backyard where you can park.

¿Cómo puedo describir mi apartamento?
Acogedor, cálido, luminoso, limpio, ordenado, artístico, para sentirse bien con todo lo necesario.
El apartamento de 37m2 tiene un dormitorio separado, un escritorio y una zona de estar con sofá y sillón. Está en el 3er piso (con un pequeño ascensor).
Está amueblado con cariño y es un verdadero hogar para mí.
En el baño hay una pequeña ventana y una bañera.
En la cocina hay todo lo necesario: horno, lavavajillas y una batidora para batidos y café recién molido.
Debido a las altas ventanas el piso es muy luminoso - al mismo tiempo no oirás ruido del exterior ya que el piso está en la parte trasera de la casa.
Si tienes una bicicleta hay un patio trasero donde se puede estacionar tu bicicleta.
The flat is in the 5th district in Vienna - it is VERY centric.
You can reach Karlsplatz by foot (15 min) and subways (U1, U4 in 10 min) or bus/tram in 3 min or even the main Station (20 min by foot).
In the area you find nice places to dine, to go out to bars or to museums. Actually, you don't need public transport at all.
Supermarkets are all around, from high quality Denn's with organic products to Spar Gourmet and Hofer.
Vienna has truely a wonderful infrastructure, especially the 5th district.

El piso está en el 5º distrito de Viena - es MUY céntrico.
Se puede llegar a pie a Karlsplatz (15 min) y en metro (U1, U4 en 10 min) o autobús/tranvía en 3 min o incluso a la estación central (20 min a pie).
En la zona hay buenos sitios para cenar, ir de bares o a museos. En realidad, no necesitas transporte público para nada.
Los supermercados están por todas partes, desde Denn's de alta calidad con productos orgánicos hasta Spar Gourmet y Hofer.
Viena tiene realmente una infraestructura maravillosa, especialmente el 5º distrito.
