ich bin von Anfang Juli bis Anfang August unterwegs und würde mich freuen wenn meine Wohnung in der Zeit genutzt werden würde. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Studio- / Arbeits- / Wohnzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, beide gehen raus auf eine ruhige Straße und es lässt sich sehr gut Arbeiten oder auch Nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Es gibt einen Arbeitstisch, eine sehr große Couch zum abhängen und eine Anlage zum Musik hören.
Mir wäre es wichtig sich online oder in Person kurz kennenzulernen um mit einem guten Gefühl die Wohnung abgeben zu können. Falls du Fragen hast sag gerne Bescheid.

I am travelling from beginning of July to beginning of August and would be happy if my apartment would be used in the time. The apartment has a large studio / living room and a smaller bedroom, both go out on a quiet street and it is very good place to work or even sleep at night with the window open.
There is a work desk, a very large couch to hang out and a stereo to listen to music.
It would be important to me to get to know each other online or in person to be able to hand over the apartment with a good feeling. If you have any questions please let me know.
Zum Hundsturmpark und Einsiedlerplatz sind es jeweils nur 100 Meter und zur U4 (Margaretengürtel) läufst du in 5-6 Minuten. Am Platz gibt es einen gute Bäckerei und auch Billa, Hofer und Spar sind gleich um die Ecke.

To the Hundsturmpark and Einsiedlerplatz it is only 100 meters and to the U4 (Margaretengürtel) you walk in 5-6 minutes. There is a good bakery on the square and also Billa, Hofer and Spar are just around the corner.
