Die beiden Zimmer sind relativ klein und gemütlich und beide ca gleich groß. Die Fenster gehen zur Margaretenstraße raus. Die Möbel können gegen einen kleinen Abschlag gerne übernommen werden ( Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Sofa etc..).
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall die riesige Wohnküche mit Balkon. Es ist ein wunderschöner Raum!
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Wg oder Paare geeignet.

The rooms are quite small and cozy, the window opens to Margaretenstraße. The furniture can be taken for a little price. The common room/kitchen is the most beautiful place of the apartement for sure! Its a very nice and huge room!
The apartement is ideal for WG or cupples.
super Lage! Die Wohnung ist auf der Margaretenstraße im Herzen des 5. Bezirks, 5 min zur Pilgramgasse U4. Viele Restaurants und Läden sind in der Umgebung, man ist auch schnell in der Innenstadt (15 min). Der Balkon geht zum Innenhof raus, was sehr schön ist, da es die Sonnenseite ist. Ansonsten ist es recht ruhig und die Nachbarn sind auch freundlich.
Great location! Die apartemet is located in the heart of the 5th district on Margaretenstraße, a 5 min walk to U4 Pilgramgasse. There are plent of restaurant, shops and cute little stores in the area. The city center isnt far away either (15min). The balcony is on the side of the backyard, which is really beautiful because the sun shines on it.
Its quite calm and the neighbours are nice.
