Cozy Artsy Flat - Excellent Location

Hallo,

da ich auf ein Ausland Praktikum gehe, vermiete ich meine gemütliche Wohnung (46m2) ab 02.05.24 bis 30.09.24 (eine kleine Verlängerung ist möglich).

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug, hat alles was man so braucht: Wohnzimmer mit Couch, TV & Couchtisch, Schlafzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett, langer Kleiderschrank, Küche mit E-Herd (OHNE BACKROHR) Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Gewürzen, Waschmaschine, ein kleines Badezimmer mit großem Waschbecken, Spiegel und großer Dusche, WLAN, Heizung & separate Toilette.

Da in der Wohnung meine Möbel bleiben werden und in dem Wohnhaus alte Menschen wohnen, ist es mir SEHR wichtig eine verantwortungsvolle und fürsorgliche Person zu finden.
Die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für Parties und sehr laute Musik, sondern dient als ein Rückzugsort wo man selbstverständlich Freund*innen einladen kann und Musik hören kann, aber mit etwas Feingefühl gegenüber den alten Nachbarn (ganz liebe Menschen, die ich sehr gern gewonnen habe).

Wichtig: in der Wohnung leben noch mit mir Katzen und werden dann selbstverständlich nicht mehr in der Wohnung sein - also Katzenhaarallergiker*innen aufgepasst. Die Wohnung wird gründlich gereinigt, aber trotzdem bleibt das ein oder andere Haar noch in der Wohnung.

Meine Wohnung wird definitiv nicht an Menschen vermietet, die Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie, etc. unterstützten. Solche Menschen können sich es sparen mir eine Nachricht zu schicken 👍🏻

Hello,

since I'm going on an internship abroad, I'm renting out my cozy apartment (46m2) from 02.05.24 until 30.09.24 (but there’s an option to also extend the stay a bit longer).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator, has everything you need: living room with couch, TV & coffee table, bedroom with box spring bed, long wardrobe, kitchen with electric stove (***NO OVEN***), refrigerator, dishes, spices, washing machine, a small bathroom with large sink, mirror and large shower, WiFi, heating & separate toilet.

Since my furniture will remain in the apartment and old people live in the house, it is VERY important to me to find a responsible and caring person/persons.
The apartment is not suitable for parties and very loud music, but serves as a retreat where you can of course invite friends and listen to music, but with some sensitivity towards the old neighbors.

Important: cats still live with me in the apartment and will of course no longer be in the apartment - so cat hair allergy sufferers beware. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned, but one or two hairs still remain in the apartment.

My apartment is definitely not rented to people who support racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. Such people can save themselves from sending me a message 👍🏻
