The flat is located in one of the most beautiful cul-de-sac in Vienna - even with a google entry. It is really calm and green - the flat is at the end of this lane, so it is amazing having your own small garden with a huge chestnut tree.
The metro station Kettenbrückengasse is 3-5min by foot, further to the Naschmarkt it only takes a couple steps more. You can also walk to Mariahilferstraße via Stiegengasse in 15min.
Supermarktes and drugstores are close by. There's access to the next street through the neighbour building, so it's only a dead end for the cars.
