I have finished my master's program and my wife and I are leaving Wien in January. We have been in the apartment for 2.5 years and have enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen and hosting an occasional small gathering. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The apartment is quiet and faces the courtyard. It has a heating unit, but we have not turned it on in the past two winters as the apartment stays warm in the winter. The apartment is fully furnished with an ablöse of €600. Rent is approximately €560 a month plus electric and gas, which are not much depending on your use. There is a large kitchen with a washing machine and gas stove/oven. The living room is also quite large with a sleeping area separated by a curtain. This apartment is great for one person and suitable for a couple. The toilet and bath are separate. The kaution is €1416 and the apartment is available from February (possibly mid-January). Please contact me with any questions.
The apartment is located near the Arbeitergasse tram stop (2 min walk) and Margaretengurtel U4 stop (6 min walk). There is a Hofer 30 meter away, a Penny markt and 2 Billas within a 3 minute walk, and 2 Spars within 10 minutes of walking. The street is very quite, as are the neighbors.
