Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
auf Grund eines längeren Auslandaufenthaltes vermiete ich meine Wohnung im 5. Bezirk von Wien im Zeitraum vom 1. Februar 2023 bis zum 1. August 2023 (genaue Daten sind verhandelbar). Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und komplett möbliert, also voll und ganz einzugsfertig. Sie setzt sich aus einem ca 25 qm großem Wohnzimmer und einem ca. 15 qm großem Schlafzimmer zusammen. Küche, Bad und Klo sind separat davon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, es ist daher sehr hell und von der Straße nichts mehr zu hören. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, da es eine Vielzahl von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt und die Nachbarschaft im und ums Haus bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten tolle neue Menschen und Orte kennenzulernen.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 550 Euro zusätzlich dazu sind monatliche Nebenkosten in Höhe von 200 Euro zu bezahlen, diese beinhalten Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet. Es gibt also nichts mehr um was man sich kümmern muss!

Dear apartment seekers,
Due to a longer stay abroad, I am renting my apartment in the 5th district of Vienna from February 1st, 2023 to August 1st, 2023 (exact dates are negotiable). The apartment is in very good condition and fully furnished, so it is completely ready to move into. It consists of a 25 square meter living room and a 15 square meter bedroom. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separate.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, so it's very bright and you can't hear anything from the street. The location of the apartment is also excellent, as there is a variety of public transport in the immediate surrounding and the neighborhood in and around the house offers plenty of opportunities to meet great new people and places.
The cold rent is 550 euros, in addition to this, monthly additional costs of 200 euros have to be paid, these include electricity, gas, water and internet. So there is nothing more to worry about!
