Da ich mehrere Monate reisen gehe, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung im 6. Bezirk.
Die Wohnung hat 58qm und biete jede Menge Platz und Stauraum.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und allem was man zum Kochen braucht, es gibt auch einen Geschirrspüler. Ich habe ein großes Doppelbett.
Fernseher ist auch vorhanden.
Bad und WC sind getrennt. Im Badezimmer gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.
Es gibt einen Aufzug und ein Kellerabteil.
Ich habe auch ein Fahrrad, welches ich gerne verborge. In Wien ists mit dem Fahrrad super.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hatte eine hohe Raumhöhe, welche eine tolle Atmosphäre in der Wohnung erzeugt.
In nur wenigen Gehminuten kann man viele Öffis erreichen: U4, U6, Straßenbahn 6 und 18, Bus 13A...
Eine sehr gute zentrale Lage!
